If this is not reached add some more points to ES until you get around 55%. You want to have about 55% damage taken to mana with one point. It is very important to have many points in TK before you start using ES as TK reduces the amount of mana taken with damage. The same as above with 1 point in Energy shield and 20 points in Telekinesis. The reason for this is that your resistances do not matter when you use Energy Shield.
